Facial Frequency: How Often Does Your Skin Actually Need Professional Care?

A common question we hear is, “How often should I really be getting facials?” The answer isn’t one-size-fits-all — but there is a rhythm your skin responds best to.

Your Skin’s Renewal Cycle

On average, skin renews itself every 28–40 days. Professional facials work in sync with this cycle by:

  • Supporting healthy cell turnover

  • Clearing congestion before it builds

  • Strengthening the skin barrier

General Guidelines

Most guests feel their best with:

  • Every 4 weeks for maintenance and prevention

  • Every 2–3 weeks for acne, hyperpigmentation, or corrective goals

  • Seasonal resets when weather or lifestyle changes

Why Waiting Too Long Can Backfire

When facials are spaced too far apart, skin often:

  • Slips back into imbalance

  • Becomes reactive or congested

  • Requires more aggressive correction later

Consistency keeps treatments gentle, effective, and results-driven.
