We’re located inside the Gardenville Commerce Center, right near French Rd & Union Rd. You can park on the side of the building — there’s plenty of parking! Enter through the two large glass doors, and once inside, you’ll find us right at the top of the stairs. We’re looking forward to seeing you soon!
Please plan to arrive about 5 minutes early. This gives us time to review your health history, goals, and get you settled before your session.
We understand things happen! If you’re late, your session may need to be shortened to keep the day on track, but the full price will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice are considered a no-show.
We value our guests time, as well as our therapists and we understand plans need to be changed sometimes!
Cancel 48+ hours in advance → no charge.
Cancel 12–48 hours in advance → 50% fee.
Cancel within 12 hours or no-show → full price.
If you’re not feeling your best, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Our providers may decline service for the health and safety of all guests, and regular cancellation fees still apply.

Yes — we currently accept Highmark, Univera, Independent Health, Medicare and NYS No-Fault. Please fill out the insurance section of the intake so we can verify coverage before your arrival.
Your card is only charged if you miss or cancel too late. This helps us honor our team’s time and keep availability open for all guests.
Yes! We offer e-gift cards online and physical cards by scheduled pickup. Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase.
