Where are you located?

We’re located inside the Gardenville Commerce Center, right near French Rd & Union Rd. You can park on the side of the building — there’s plenty of parking! Enter through the two large glass doors, and once inside, you’ll find us right at the top of the stairs. We’re looking forward to seeing you soon!

How early should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive about 5 minutes early. This gives us time to review your health history, goals, and get you settled before your session.

What if I’m late?

We understand things happen! If you’re late, your session may need to be shortened to keep the day on track, but the full price will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice are considered a no-show.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We value our guests time, as well as our therapists and we understand plans need to be changed sometimes! 
Cancel 48+ hours in advance → no charge.
Cancel 12–48 hours in advance → 50% fee.
Cancel within 12 hours or no-show → full price.

If you’re not feeling your best, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. Our providers may decline service for the health and safety of all guests, and regular cancellation fees still apply.

Do you accept health insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we currently accept Highmark, Univera, Independent Health, Aetna and Medicare. Please fill out the insurance section of the intake so we can verify coverage before your arrival.

Why do I need a credit card on file?

Your card is only charged if you miss or cancel too late. This helps us honor our team’s time and keep availability open for all guests.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes! We offer e-gift cards online and physical cards by scheduled pickup. Gift cards are valid for one year from purchase.

What do the therapist titles mean?

Lead Therapist/Esthetician – Licensed, trained, and building expertise at The Body Bar.
Senior Therapist/Esthetician – Experienced, consistent, and known for delivering exceptional results.
Senior Lead Therapist/Esthetician – Highly skilled, leaders in training/mentoring, and the gold standard of guest experience.

Is my information confidential?

Always. All guest information is kept completely private unless you choose to release it in writing.

Do I need to be 18 to book?

Accepted Answer

Guests under 18 need a parent/guardian’s consent. Under 16 must have a parent/guardian present during the service.

Can I receive services during early pregnancy?

For guests who are pregnant and under 12 weeks, we kindly ask that you call the studio to book your appointment. This allows us to ensure your service is scheduled with a provider who is comfortable and appropriately trained to work within the first trimester.
Please note that not all providers offer services during this stage of pregnancy. If pregnancy is not disclosed at the time of booking and your provider is unable to proceed with the service, the appointment may need to be canceled or adjusted, and the full service fee may apply.
